परिचय - अंकुर शर्मा अध्यक्ष, एकम् सनातन भारत
अंकुर शर्मा का जन्म 1986 में जम्मू-कश्मीर के कठुआ जिले में हुआ था। इनकी माता और पिता दोनों ही राज्य सरकार के साथ काम कर चुके हैं।
अंकुर शर्मा की प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा कठुआ जिले से ही हुई। पुणे विश्वविद्यालय से सॉफ्टवेयर इंजीनियरिंग (IT) में B.E. की डिग्री प्राप्त की एवं दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय से L.L.B. की डिग्री प्राप्त की।
कानून की डिग्री प्राप्त करने के बाद, उन्होंने जम्मू-कश्मीर उच्च न्यायालय में प्रैक्टिस शुरू किया और अंकुर शर्मा ने राष्ट्रहित के विरुद्ध बनाये गये अनेक हिन्दू विरोधी कानूनों का कड़ा विरोध किया।
2014 में उन्होंने सरकारी भूमि के स्वामित्व अधिकारों से संबंधित 25,000 करोड़ रुपये के भूमि घोटाले के संबंध में जम्मू और कश्मीर उच्च न्यायालय में CMP-48 दायर किया। इसके तत्वावधान में अंकुर शर्मा ने हाईकोर्ट से अनुरोध किया कि घोटाले की जांच सी.बी.आई. को सौंपी जाए। लम्बी लड़ाई लड़ने के बात, अंततोगत्वा, अक्टूबर 2020 में कोर्ट ने अपना फैसला सुनाते हुए इस केस की जांच सी.बी.आई. को सौंप दी।
जम्मू और कश्मीर में भूमि घोटाला सीधे भूमि जिहाद से जुड़ा हुआ था जिसका उद्देश्य हिंदू बहुसंख्यक क्षेत्रों की जनसांख्यिकी को तेजी से बदलना था। और इस षड्यंत्र के पीछे था जम्मू-कश्मीर का 'रोशनी अधिनियम'। रोशनी अधिनियम के तहत सरकारी जमीनों पर अवैध कब्जा करने वालों को मालिकाना हक देने का प्रावधान था। यह अधिनियम हिंदू बहुल जम्मू (j&k) का इस्लामीकरण करने के उद्देश्य से बनाया गया कानून था।
रोशनी अधिनियम की संवैधानिक वैधता को चुनौती देते हुए, अंकुर शर्मा ने जम्मू और कश्मीर उच्च न्यायालय के जम्मू मंडल में 'अंकुर शर्मा बनाम जम्मू और कश्मीर राज्य और अन्य' शीर्षक से एक रिट याचिका 41/2014 दायर की। ये केस भी 6 साल तक चला और आखिरकार फैसला अंकुर शर्मा के पक्ष में आया।
केंद्र की बीजेपी सरकार की तुष्टिकरण की निति के चलते कोर्ट के फैसले को भी दरकिनार करते हुए असंवैधानिक से तुष्टिकरण जारी रखा। इसी तुष्टिकरण के विरोध में अंकुर जी के द्वारा अपनी राज्य स्तरीय राजनीति पार्टी एकजुट जम्मू का गठन किया गया जिसे मार्च 2023 में जम्मू से "एकम सनातन भारत" एक राष्ट्रीय पार्टी को सप्तसंकल्प के साथ घोषित किया गया।

President, Ekam Sanatan Bharat
Ankur Sharma was born in 1986 in the Kathua district of Jammu & Kashmir. Both his parents have worked with the State Government. He completed his schooling in Kathua. After finishing school, he went to Pune for higher studies, where he completed B.E. in Software Engineering ( I.T. ) from the University of Pune. He then secured a LLB
degree from the Faculty of Law, Delhi University. After obtaining a law degree, he started practicing in the Jammu and Kashmir High Court. As time progressed, Ankur Sharma began taking strong stand against many anti-Hindu laws legislated against the National interest.
In 2014, he filed CMP-48 of 2014 in the Jammu and Kashmir High Court regarding the Rs 25,000 crore Land Scam related to the conferment of ownership rights of Government Lands. Under its aegis, Ankur Sharma requested the High Court to hand over the investigation of this scam to the CBI. And finally, in October 2020, while giving its verdict, the court handed over the investigation of this case to the CBI.
The land scam in Jammu and Kashmir was directly linked to the Land Jihad aimed at rapidly changing the Hindu majority Demography. And behind this was the Roshni Act of Jammu and Kashmir. Under the Roshni Act, there was a provision to give ownership rights to those who illegally occupied government land. This was a law intending the Islamization of Jammu and Kashmir.
Challenging the constitutional validity of the Roshni Act, Ankur Sharma filed PIL 41/2014 in the Jammu wing of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court titled 'Ankur Sharma vs state of J&k and others'. This case also went on for 6 years and finally the decision came in favor of Ankur Sharma.
In this case , the decision went in favor of Ankur Sharma which ironically remains unimplemented on ground by the Central Govt because of their policy of 'Triptikaran'
Due to appeasement police ,appeasement continued in an unconstitutional manner,even ignoring court's decision .In protest against this appeasement Ankur Sharma formed a state level political party - ikkjut jammu later in March 2023 it is declared as a National party "Ekam Sanatan Bharat" from Jammu with seven unique seven resolution( सप्तसंकल्प).
